Threats to independence are identified and the corresponding safeguards applied, in accordance with the Institute's standards. Independence — the absence of any conflict of interest with our clients' managers or directors — is the first factor in the credibility of our opinions.
The technical compliance of our work is supervised directly by the firm's management, relying on proven methodologies and a continuous improvement discipline.
The firm is ISO 27001 certified: the confidentiality of client data is protected by an audited information security management system.
